Preci Centre LV Series CNC VMC Machine
The Preci Centre LV Series is a CNC VMC Machine — a Vertical Machining Center built for die and mould making as well as general-purpose machining — and can be configured with the CNC controller your shop already runs on: Mitsubishi, Fanuc, or Siemens. Every machine uses directly coupled motors with absolute encoders matched to class C3 ball screws, and is assembled with strict in-process quality control so each machine leaves the factory delivering high accuracy and repeatable precision. The LV Series also provides a 4th axis rotary table, automatic tool length measurement and workpiece measurement options – providing a versatile choice for tool rooms, automotive parts manufacturing and general CNC machining applications.

Features & Accessories
Ball Bar Testing
- Our Preci Centre CNC VMC Machines is tested using the ball bar system, which tests the linear accuracy as well as the geometric properties of the machine. This is for the purpose of ensuring that the LV Series machines have undergone testing in three dimensions.
Laser Calibration
- Laser calibration is used to check the positioning accuracy of all the axes in their entire range of motion. This process is done by ATPL to ensure that the accuracy specified for the machine is achieved and each machine comes along with an accuracy graph.
4th & 5th Axis Rotary Table Option
- When working on tough parts, getting a 4th or 5th axis rotary table will lower the amount of setups which have to be done manually. This means that LV series machine will basically be transformed into a 4-axis contouring machining center which can perform more using just one single block, without having to stop and reset each time.
Tool Probe Option
- The manual tool setting procedure costs valuable time in production. The tool probing option does an automatic measurement for tool length and diameter using macro programming along with the dynamic offset adjustment; therefore, making the setup procedure much simpler and saving you from losing your work due to damaged tool.
Coolant Through Spindle Option
- The standard coolant will not be sufficient for drilling holes and blind pockets. With the CTS, there will be a separate pump that delivers the coolant right at the spot of the cut action, which will speed up the chips evacuation and prolongs the tool life and makes it possible to increase feed rates.
